A prequel to the classic "Wizard Of Oz" directed by Sam Raimi (Spiderman and Evil Dead series), what could go wrong??
Well just about everything. Yes there are some great visuals, but the film feels so flat, the Wicked Witch and her army of flying monkeys in the original gave me nightmares as a child, this movie bizarrely casts Mila Kunis as the Wicked Witch of the West, complete with revealing low cut cleavage!!! James Franco is average as Oz, as I said the Land of Oz does look great but the film plods along, no real suspense or excitement, a pointless prequel.
