Ron Burgundy, San Diego's number 1 news Anchorman is back, yeah!
10 years (yes 10 years!) after the original the cast are back for a sequel and thankfully it's pretty much the original cast (Carrell, Koechner, Rudd, etc plus Christina Applegate returns as Ron's Wife) plus some new characters, Kristen Wigg as Chani, Bricks love interest, Meagen Good as Ron's ("Black...you're black") new station Boss, plus a host of cameos which I won't spoil.
A few gags miss the mark, but so many are bang in the bullseye, ridiculous scenarios, OTT characters, utterly ludicrous but at the same time an interesting satire on how 24hr rolling news coverage evolved in the US (" You're going to broadcast a car chase???")
Stupid, silly, sometime's messy, welcome back Boys!
