The Lords Of Salem (2013)

After a promising movie debut way back in 2003 with "House Of A 1000 Corpses", rocker and horror fan Rob Zombies out put has steadily deteriorated, and the unnecessary Halloween remake were all pretty forgettable and this is the nail in the coffin.

Sherry Moon Zombie plays DJ  who is mailed a demo cd from a mysterious band "The Lords", after playing it she starts to experience dreams and visions of demonic goings on....

The acting from the cast is wooden (bar the Golden Retriever) plot and dialogue turgid, shocks and scares are noticeable by their absence, effects are something you would expect from a low budget 70s shlock horror flick you might discover on an old VHS.

Painful and plotting and a waste of 90 minute for even the biggest horror fan.
