Spiders (2013)

This is the the type of movie you go into with the expectation level set to low,a straight to dvd/pay per view monster flick you might get on the Sci-Fi channel.Mutant spiders fall to Earth from a disabled Soviet Space Station from the cold war era, New York is under attack, and its up to  transport supervisor Jason Cole (Patrick Muldoon) to prevent the Queen Spider from spawning a massive army of the mutant arachnids!!!

The dialogue, plot  and acting is shockingly bad, especially from lead Muldoon, as the all action Transport Supervisor who gets to visit the morgue to see a recently deceased work colleague, evade US troops by running down a street and hiding round the corner, killing spiders with a fork lift truck, even under martial law our mans in the thick of it, given free reign of the under siege City by troops!
His co-hort Christa Campbell as Rachel is as wooden a Trojan Horse, she really doesn't even try to act, totally expressionless, all she does is run, fall over, shriek and scream the duration of the film.

The 'finale' is laughable, a 20 foot plus Spider is running amok in New York, only one Helicopter and around 50 Troops appear to be trying to kill it, though most of their fire power seems to hit surrounding property's and buildings than the huge Arachnid!

Hilariously bad, beyond belief, classic!
